I recently stayed at Kultura in Shkoder for a few nights and had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, just minutes away from the main high street and close to the bus station. The staff were friendly and even offered me a welcome drink to cool off from the heat. They also allowed me to leave my luggage after check out, which was greatly appreciated. a fantastic stay with a nice atmosphere, clean facilities, and spacious lockers in the rooms. Highly recommended for its location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and welcoming atmosphere.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and substantial, with a variety of options. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. Despite the minor drawback of a hot room, the massive fan provided some relief. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area.

The location was perfect, right near the main restaurant and bar area. The hostel was clean and organized, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. I loved the terrace with its beautiful view, and they even offered a free welcome beer. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Shkodër. The value for money at Kultura Hostel was amazing, with prices as low as €6 for a bed and the best breakfast in the Balkan area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a decent bathroom and air-conditioning. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the main pedestrian zone and close to other hostels where I could make friends for a night or weekend. The staff, especially Bryan the host, were fantastic - they had great tips for things to do, helped with logistics, and made sure everyone felt included and had a nice time.

Unbelievable hosts! They knew exactly how to take care of us. We loved our private room with the terrace and all the communal areas. The bar had a super cool vibe and the shower was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean. The price was perfect for this hostel, definitely the best in town. The hosts even helped us with our luggage and provided a packed breakfast and coffee. They couldn't have done more to please us!
It seemed like the hostel was more focused on the bar and party guests in the evening, which made it extremely loud at night. The promised bikes for rent were not available in the morning.
